Mr. Latuga is absolutely excellent and I am very grateful

This was a case where police had seized a few thousand in cash from my vehicle during a stop in which they found marijuana. Even though the money had nothing to do with it, they still seized it and everyone knows once that happens you're not seeing the cash again. Mr. Latuga even warned me it was a l...ong shot.. but I provided him paperwork matching the amount of cash seized from my car. And even though it was minimal evidence on my part, and it really didnt look like I had a chance, he still fought for me and managed to strike a deal where I receive a solid amount of the cash back. I mean seriously an awesome guy. Understanding, knows his stuff, and actually cares. He's very straight up and he will get results. Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Very professional and much needed !

This lawyer knows his stuff! I was looking at possible jail time and more classes with ASAP. After the court hearing I didn’t receive any punishments (other than extended good behavior) from the judge thanks to Mr. Latuga. Highly recommend . Also had no court fines .

Great lawyer

Although Brian was unable to handle my case, due to location, he did help me with some concerns and go over some important points. Brian referred me to another great law firm and made sure I was in good hands with a reputable attorney! Brian is very personable and easy to talk to.

Superb Representation

I cannot say enough to express how satisfied I am with Mr. Latuga's representation. I was facing two felony charges, which could have resulted in fines and possibly jail time. Mr. Latuga negotiated this to a misdemeanor, no fines, and a suspended 1-year jail term. He is very thorough with case prepa...ration; he communicates every step of the way, and he listens to all information being presented to him.
