I was stopped on US1 by an a-hole officer that slammed me with super-speeding and negligence(because of the speed). The cop showed up to court and tried to push for full fines, but David managed to get all charges dropped. This was in a small/harsh county as well. Excellent job, I would definitely re...commend.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Waranch regarding a traffic matter. I was in desperate search of an attorney, however my circumstances were complicated because I was in another country at the time. Although I was able to speak with Mr. Waranch directly at the time, I was pleasantly surprised... at the level of courteous professionalism that was displayed by his assistant. I am also a legal professional, so I understand how most attorneys offices like to give clients the run around and speaking with the attorney directly is almost impossible. Mr. Waranch responded to my email immediately, despite the 14 hour time difference, in addition to those in his employ. I am still shocked at how helpful everyone was. He didn't beat around the bush, got right to the point, all the while doing so in a manner of class and finesse that left quite the impression on me. When looking for an attorney, to find someone that will talk with you directly and give you direct answers are hard to find, however, you won't have a problem here.
