I passed a single police officer standing in the middle of the road who I thought was directing traffic near a work zone that was being set up. I later found out he was signaling me to pull over for speeding. The police officer cited me for speeding (70 in 55 mph), running a red light and not using m...y turn signal to turn right. The officer also cited me for eluding/fleeing from police. I did not understand what this last charge meant. I had never been pulled over by police before nor have I ever had a speeding ticket. Mr.Waranch did an excellent job in representing me in my traffic voliation/speeding ticket case today.
