unfortunately I was given a speeding ticket a couple months ago and I know I wasn't going as fast as the officer stated. I explained David my situation and that I couldn't have any points on my license due to my job driving a company truck and going to school. I would have been happy with the points ...off only but he got all points removed and only $100 in fines. Can say enough about David he got all six of my tickets all not guilty with no fines!! I cannot stress enough what a great lawyer David Waranch is. I was driving a friends car and was pulled over by a Hyattsville police officer.
