I read the reviews and noticed he had much better ratings then anyone else on avvo. I contacted him and he was very prompt to respond within a few hours. In general he was very responsive to answer all of my question via multiple phone calls even before I hired him. I interviewed the top 30 traffic l...awyers in Maryland and he had the most ethical and straight forward understanding on how things work - he seemed very knowledgeable about the practicality of law. I spent about 10 hours interviewing lawyers - this guy was the best. I perceive other lawyers will say what you want to hear to get you as a client but David just talks facts. I had a speeding ticket for going 100+ mph in a 55mph for 5 points ($530 fine) and negligent driving for 1 point ($140 fine). He talked over the strategy with me. The end result was the 100+ mph was dropped and I only got the negligent driving ($140 fine and 1 point) which was plan A.
