Did Not Hesitate, Hired!

Mr. Mahoney is hired

John Mahoney doesn't mess around. He focuses on the important things only and knows the government system. I interviewed three lawyers before Mr. Mahoney, none were close to the knowledge he has and energy.

I want to thank you so much for your availability, follow-up, and especially the attentive and prompt replies have been invaluable, John Mahoney. He listened carefully as I laid out my situation, provided me an initial assessment of my case, and reassured me that I have a lot of protections in place ...under Federal law and policy. Having never experienced on going, everyday discrimination in the workplace, which has, been affecting my health, well-being. and exacerbated my PTSD.I had no idea how to handle discrimination claim, and the feeling of going into it alone was very intimidating I reached out to a number of law firms, and consulted with an attorney in a different firms who just said, "file an EEO complaint," or talk to your union and they did not seem in the least bit interested in taking on my case. He described the way ahead clearly. I cannot describe the feeling of relief that I have, knowing that I have experienced Federal Labor law Attorney to help me navigate the process. I am no longer all alone in fighting an extremely stressful and emotionally draining situation. I want the discrimination to stop, and the situation to be resolved fairly and quickly, and John Mahoney gives me every confidence that outcome will transpire.
