Much appreciated!!

I want to thank my Mahoney Firm lawyer, Melissa Lolotai, Esq., for saving my job too. She was very good at allowing me to do the leg work which helped me financially. She was also good at focusing on my case while I was having an emotional melt down. Her writing skills at putting everything togeth...er left me im awe. Additionally, to leave me at a further disadvantage my employer chose the two Christmas weeks to start the count down clock ticking. A time when most people are on vacation. But your firm took it on and met the deadline. I was given additional advice from my lawyer to file an EEO and whistlebowers retaliation complaint with the OSC which I have started. This entire ordeal has been forever changing in my life. I am still detailed and not placed into a full time position so I am still living the repercussions of their false accusations. It was nice to finally breath knowing I had a pay check ahead of me. For the past year I have lived every day in fear. Not knowing what their claims would be and when I was going to get their wrath was unnerving on a daily basis. I was an emotional wreck for the past year and still struggle daily with the humiliations. However, I have to remind myself that it could have turned out worse if it wasn’t for your firms help.

Mr. Mahoney is THE MOST HONEST LAWYER in the whole DMV!!!! Worth Every Dime

I am a career government employee: I had 16 years of service without a single problem at work...until a new boss was appointed as part of the overhaul of leadership at my agency under the current administration. Suddenly, I found myself facing an unfounded disciplinary action. I had never hired a l...awyer in my life for any reason, but I knew that I needed an expert to help me. Attorney Review

I consulted with attorney John Mahoney concerning alleged Hatch Act violations involving an OSC investigation re: email transmissions. Mr. Mahoney and I discussed my pending retirement within the month, the seriousness of the Hatch Act itself, possibilities of future government employment beyond ret...irement as an annuitant, my general retirement plans and of course his fee arrangements which I felt were not only reasonable but also allowed for a period of time before payment was due. During the discussion, Mr. Mahoney laid out a possible strategy and I agreed to provide copies of communications received from the OSC. Given the fact that I am retiring within days, and although I did not hire Mr. Mahoney at this time, I fully intended to do so and would do so, without reservation, should the need arise prior to my retirement.
