Paul was very personable and polite during our first meeting, which is key to a trustworthy lawyer in my opinion. From there, he outlined all of our possible routes for the case and supported my decision 100%. He was confident that everything will be okay in the end and as a first-time offender, that... was necessary for me. He was always readily available to talk to and if not, he always got back to me personally within 24 hours. Even though he did not have to attend the panel hearing for the CAP program, he still came to observe and be there for moral support. I am extremely grateful for that because he was able to calm my nerves before, during and after the hearing. Listen, many people giving reviews about how great an attorney is are usually inexperienced in either law or the process of the legal system. I am not one of those people. Unfortunately I have battled addiction my entire life and at 39 years old I have finally saw the light. Along the way though I ...have accumulated an exstensive criminal history, a working knowledge of the law, to defend myself, and have witnessed first hand the politics behind courtrooms. I say that so that anyone in my position facing serious time with a huge distrust of both courtrooms and their attorneys can relate to this whole thing. Like most attorneys, Paul acted though he was on my side, he also made me feel at ease. He was willing to work with me even though I am extremely difficult work with because of my legal/criminal experiences. The difference between Paul and any other attorney that I worked with in the past is that he saw my hope...he saw my experience, he believed in me...not of my innocence...but of my determination to be responsible and accountable for my mistakes.
