On January 4, 2020, I was pulled over for an expired registration. Unbeknownst to me, I was found to have an outstanding warrant for a first offense DUI from 4 years ago. I was taken into custody and expected to be released Monday morning after seeing a judge. Monday came and went without seeing a ...judge and was told i’d be held in jail until Wednesday most likely Friday but was told a lawyer wasn’t necessary.
