Hi fine folks and neighbors. I am an MD from Bucks County who exercised poor judgment in self medicating and driving last year during high stress licensing exams before applying for residency. My case was complex but long story short, I was charged with 2 Tier-3 DUI's (1st offenses) and possession of... Paraphernalia. To make things worse, I was involved in an accident with two other drivers, one who claimed a wrist injury, making ARD ineligible, unfortunately. This is not a Bs review!! As a young black man who was facing a hefty drug offense in the Common Wealth it's scary and nerve wrecking. I honestly thought that it was no way I would make it out this situation without doing prison time. Paul got my case dismissed in the preliminary stage of my case.
