Anybody who knows me knows of my penchant for "lawyer" jokes. I have always been of the mindset that "ethical lawyer" was an oxymoron of the highest order. I thought those two words could not be used in the same sentence except for comedic intent. That is until I met Paul (he insisted I call him t...hat instead of Mr. Lang). I came to him with a personal dilemma and rather than give me the canned response I was expecting he shocked me. I came expecting to pay for his services and instead he spoke to me like a buddy from school. He looked over my papers, explained my real options (real "inside baseball" behind-the-scenes sort of stuff), wrote out my game plan and handed it to me. When I reached for my checkbook he said "No! No charge. Just consider this a free consultation". Who ever heard of a lawyer telling you to KEEP YOUR MONEY???? If I ever need an attorney for anything, I'm going to see Mr. Lang. He's more than earned my trust.
