We have worked with Matthew over the past few years having him represent us in three separate real estate closing/purchase transactions. He is professional, always available any time day/night/weekend to answer our questions/concerns, and always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. His fees ...are reasonable as well. This time, we saw a property we loved but there was another interested buyer and it was a race to see who could get the contract out. Matthew was 100% up for the challenge and in less than 24 hours after we saw and decided on the property, the contract was sent to the seller's attorney.
