I had a tenant over a month behind in rent and refusing to pay. Gave Robert's office a call, and was immediately patched through to one of his team, who spent 15-20 minutes going over the general details with me and offering some broad advise/giving me an overview of what to expect. Also got an email... within an hour of the call with more details, fee structure options, etc. Once I started the process, I left everything in their hands, and in two weeks the tenant coughed up the rent and late fee.
