Best Lawyer Ever - Great Speedy Service

Fabulous Result - Thanks!

I highly recommend James Nugent as an attorney. I was involved in a car crash with a truck. The insurance company for the truck that hit me claimed it's driver did nothing wrong, and even claimed I was not injured. I was at a total loss. I was hurt, out of work, and frustrated. A friend recommended I... call Jim. Fortunate for me, he accepted my case. Jim and his wife, Julie, spent a lot of time with me getting to know not only my injuries but more importantly who I am and how these injuries affect me. Jim hired the needed experts to fight the insurance company lawyer. Jim and Julie took the deposition of all the key people involved in the case. They even met with my surgeon twice to completely understand the medicine involved in my case. Their assistant made sure all my medical bills were paid, and Jim dealt with the repayment of my health insurance company. The best decision I ever made was hiring Jim and Julie at Nugent Lawyers. Jim Nugent's "Hard Work" won my case

I hired Jim Nugent to represent me after I was bit by a vicious dog. My arm was like hamburger meat from the dog's teeth. I was referred to Jim Nugent by my attorney. My attorney told me he does not have any experience with dog bit cases, and said he knows an attorney who might be able to help me. Ji...m agreed to represent me. Jim stood by my side throughout the entire case. The dog owners made it so the case had to be tried. I was very impressed with Jim's trial preparation and I was blown-away by his talents in the courtroom. At the end of the trial, Jim stood up and said what the verdict should be. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount, and I was shocked when we were awarded the exact amount of money Jim asked for, to the penny! I was hesitate to bring the lawsuit at first. I have two dogs of my own. But the dog that bit me was vicious and the owners did not care what happened to me in the least. Jim found other instances where this same dog bit other people. My arm has a scar on it. It reminds me of that dog,but it also reminds me of how fortunate I was to have Jim Nugent represent me in a court of law obtaining the justice I desired.

I Received the Best Personal Service For My Car Accident Case

I was involved in a very serious car accident. While I was waiting at a red light, a guy smashed into me. The damage to my car was significant but the damage to my body was much worse. I was uncertain as to what was going to happen to me. I was in a lot of pain, medical bills were piling up and I was... losing time from work. A friend referred me to Jim Nugent. I met with Jim and, fortunately, he agreed to take my case. The one thing that stands out more than any other part of my experience having Jim Nugent represent me was the personal service I received. Never did a phone call go unreturned. Every question I ever had was answered, and each answer was thorough and timely. From Jim to his wife Julie and their assistants, everyone treated me as though I was part of a team, not like I was an outsider. Before I hired Jim, I was filled with anxiety, fear and apprehension because I did not know how this process worked. Because of the time Jim spent with me, the fact that he was so available and listened to my concerns, he made the process so much less intimidating. I highly recommend Jim Nugent if you are in need of a very aggressive car accident lawyer who provides the best personal service anyone can ever ask for.
