I Hired the Right Lawyer

Thank you Jim Nugent and your legal team. Jim and his team helped me through a very difficult tragedy in my life. I was on my motorcycle when I was hit from behind at a traffic light. I was overwhelmed with medical bills, I couldn't work and my bike was ruined. My real estate lawyer referred me to J...im. I'm glad he did. His team hired all the necessary experts. Jim fought and won against two insurance companies who rightfully owed me compensation but did not want to pay. I couldn't be happier. A Taste of Justice

I was involved in a big car crash. The lady who hit me was arrested. She gave the prosecutor a fraudulent letter from an insurance company claiming she was insured. She was not. Jim Nugent went to Court and made sure she got a taste of justice. Then Jim was able to get my insurance company to pay me... all of the money available under my policy - which I didn't even know I had. Thank you Jim and Julie and your team. I was afraid I would get nothing but a smashed up car and a bunch of medical bills from this car accident, but thanks to Jim I was able to get the money I deserved. Justice tastes sweet when you are in the right. Thank you!

Wonderful Firm

I was recommended by my brother to contact Jim & Julie Nugent after I was in a major car crash on I91. The insurance company forced us to go to trial in New Haven Superior Court. Just Hire The Nugent's

Best attorney ever, not to mention his wife, father and father.. Jim is very honest and straight forward I have dealt with other attorney's in the past and what set Jim apart is that he is a true professional and can master his craft.. I continue to refer friends and family members to him till this v...ery day..
