I am from Massachusetts. I was pulled over in Franklin county because the tail lights of my rental were out. I was cuffed and taken to the Franklin county jail on suspicion of OUI. I was arrested after an improperly administered Breathalyzer test put me at the legal limit. I hired Bill that week...end after meeting with him in Biddeford.
