I did not know criminal speeding was a thing until I was pulled over in York going 60 in a 30 late for a wedding rehearsal. I felt so bad about the whole situation, knew I was in the wrong. The more I read about the seriousness of my situation the worse I felt. This was my first time being pulled ove...r and I didn't know what to do. Thankfully Bill was there to help.
