Mr. Bly met with us the same day we called for assistance. We found out almost 2 months late that our son was facing Title IX charges from his college. Mr. Bly was very honest and didn't sugarcoat his response or guidance in this matter which we really appreciated. With the current climate and env...ironment at colleges it was not likely we would win this case and most likely these charges would result in our son being kicked out of college whether he was innocent or not.
