Absolute Best

In a very tough situation Mr. Bly not only was able to get my husband a very good plea deal for his OUI but more importantly treated my family with respect and compassion. I would recommend Mr. Bly in any situation

Best Decision

Attorney Bly went above and beyond to settle my case and obtain the minimum sentence and suspension. I knew immediately upon meeting him that he was the attorney I wanted representing me. And I have been incredibly grateful and delighted with my decision ever since. I was charged with motor vehicle speeding and found Attorney Bly on the internet a couple of days before I had to appear in court. He was excellent!! I am now free of any charges. I pleaded guilty & in the end the DA removed charges if no traffic violations for 1 year and completed driver defense tr...aining and paif a fine.

Thank you for the wonderful review. Much appreciated! Just so people understand, my client never pled guilty to the charge. Instead, it was filed and then dismissed a year later. There is a BIG difference between a filing and pleading guilty under a deferred disposition agreement. A filing is a MUCH better outcome, by far, which is what occurred in this particular case.

Very pleased and highly recommend

Attorney Bly was very professional and helpful in resolving my case, which ended with having my charges eventually dismissed without having to go to trial.
