Gina was an amazing person to work with. When you are going through a difficult time, she not only hears you out and gets you what you want but is very compassionate as well. Gina and her staff worked with our situation with care and feelings. They helped me get full custody of my son after the state had taken him from his mother for drug use. we live out of state andher and her staff worked hard and accomidated us living out of state to make this legal process as smooth ...and non painful as possible.

Filed my paperwork incorrectly which ultimately ended up being the reason I lost. Never returned my emails. Never gave me requests from opposing party lawyer and ended up making me look like a deadbeat. Got angry and stormed out of the courtroom. Makes you talk only to the paralegal. Misspelled my na...me in court documents. Charged me a fortune. The opposing party paid HALF what I paid for their attorney (this is family law) and had correctly filed paperwork and aggressive legal counsel. Gina calls herself "aggressive". If by aggressive she means throwing temper tantrums and practically screaming, then sure. Don't waste your money on this "attorney".

I was looking for a feisty lawyer to represent me in a divorce settlement modification.
