Typical Lawyer that talks you into circles

Hired and paid half upfront to divest my timeshare. Whenever I would call I would always get the voice mail. I had to keep calling and calling. Never contacted us to give us any sort of update. After a year and a half he could not resolve anything with the time share company. I asked for the doc...uments that he submitted to the time share company on our behalf and he stated that he was not legally obligated to give those to us. I stated that he had no proof that he even attempted to do anything for us. Even if an attorney is not required by law to give you the documents he submitted on a clients behalf, a good attorney would do it because they have nothing to hide. If I were you I wouldn't take a chance with this guy. Hire locally at least that way if you have to you can meet someone face to face.

Finally a solution to my timeshare nightmare

Our timeshare nightmare began in late 2012 when we were duped by a transfer company. After we discovered the fraud, I immediately went to work researching the industry in general and how to get out successfully. By the time we found John Abrams I was frustrated and highly skeptical (we had been b...urned before). As I said I did EXTENSIVE research on CP attorneys and when we found the Abrams Firm they assured us we were in the "safe zone". I still had my guard up, but these guys really do what they say they are doing to do! They actually return phone calls and emails and there really are no upfront fees (if you choose). We are now timeshare free and forever grateful for John and the team!

Noncommunicative

I have made many attempts to get a courtesy status update on my divestment case but received no answers to emails or phone calls. I got plenty of calls when asked for my information but no response since then.

Timeshare Diversement

Mr. Abrams is a great lawyer. There is always someone to talk to whenever you call. No automated message. He is doing a great job for me. Even though, my case has not yet been finalize, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel because. I always get update and my case is proceeding as plan. Than...ks Mr. Abrams and you have a great staff.
