If you are reading this review, you are probably in the same position I was a year and a half ago. You probably had a temporary lapse in judgment that led to making a poor decision to speed, drive under the influence, or both. Speaking from personal experience, facing the legal consequences for my ...mistake was one of the most terrifying things I've ever been through. Luckily, I opted to consult with and subsequently hire Jag Matto in the hopes that he could help me get the best possible outcome for my case. Let me start by saying if you're going to read one review about Jag this should be it. In summary, I've been charged with 3 DUI's and Jag has been with me through ALL of them so this review is more than legit. In my latest DUI (3rd) charge I was ALSO looking at a revocation of my 2nd DUI which wo...uld put me in Habitual Traffic Offender status with the DOL. HTO Status would mean my license would be suspended for 7 years. This combined with the alleged 3rd DUI put me in a most difficult position. Just know that the predicament couldn't be much worse. This afternoon I learned that Jag got the 3rd DUI charge dropped and my 2nd isn't going to be revoked. There literally is no better outcome for this. Here is what I commend Jag for this latest (and LAST) round of my legal mishaps: 1. Responsiveness. I don't want to set expectations for all you prospects but I have to commend Jag for his almost immediate responsiveness, at all times of the day and night. 2. Knowledgeable. My latest case(s) was a thorny maze that took a ton of mental cycles to even understand the various twist and turns it can take. He had a firm grip on this nefarious formula and guided me through all options with expert knowledge. 3. Persistent. It was a roller coaster of negotiations with different people and Jag's persistence played a huge part in getting this amazing outcome. 4. Communication & Negotiating. Jag's communication with the prosecutors was not only tactful but real. His delivery to both the prosecutors and myself wasn't shifty but direct and very professional. His negotiating skills got me, and I'll say it again, the best outcome ever. 5. Cool and Easy Going. Now you might think this is a bad thing but let me reassure you, it's not. You don't want someone as anxious and worried as you when dealing with this. Jag brought a sense of ease in all of the court hearings and our face-to-face meetings. It really is due to his confidence and comfort in the court room that I was able to continue with my life even with this humongous cloud hanging over my head. His clear head was a welcomed base for my overbearing worries. Last but not least, his genuine concern about getting my issues treated. In one month I'll have 365 days of complete sobriety. Jag played a huge part in this by pushing and checking that I was following my treatment adherence. This too might not seem like a big deal but let me tell you, Jag along with my higher power helped with this outcome.
