Incorrectly issued citation dismissed

This is NOT a drill

You won’t find a better lawyer. I will put my fee on it. I’ll put 10x my fee on it. I got a ticket for Failure to Initially Register a Vehicle. In WA legislature it clearly states this cannot be changed. Look it up. It’s a ticket for not registering within 45 days. At 90 days it can be classified... as a felony. I was past the 90 day mark. Fine was $1100 and would’ve crushed my insurance. Jag got it down to $130 and a non moving violation. This man is not human.
