In Dec. 2017 I was arrested for what would be my 4th DUI in my life time. Granted the last one I had was just a few days under 10 years prior, the judge and prosecuting attorneys were looking at my case very strongly for imprisonment. It also did not help that I had a .17 bac at the time of arrest. W...ith double the legal limit and a prior record I thought for sure I would have my life strongly interrupted by jail time, treatment and financial burden. Jagjit assured me that he would handle my case with care and use all of his skill set to help me move past this mistake. But only if I stuck to the program the court required and followed through with all court ordered obligations. Incredibly Jagjit worked a plea deal with the prosecutor to reduce my charge to Reckless Driving with minimum required treatment and a court cost that did not leave me bankrupt or rushing to take out loans. I have since finished treatment and paid my debt. Without Mr. Matto’s counsel I know that I would have had a much more difficult court process. I whole heartedly recommend using his counsel and will pass his information to anyone who could possibly need it.

Jag went above and beyond with taking care of my heavy traffic ticket. I was pulled over on I-5 near heading towards 164th on the freeway from Mt Lake Terrace exit. I was on my way back from Seattle and I had to use the restroom extremely bad. The night before I had fried chicken for dinner, and I al...so had a iced coffee in the morning. Terrible idea; the combination of the two really upset my stomach. And what I thought was going to be flatulence, came out as defecation. In simple words, I thought I was going to fart, but I pooped my pants. Embarrassing, disappointment, and urgency was what I was feeling in the moment. So, I took it upon myself to use the HOV lane, and put my foot on the gas. I was pulled over by State Patrol, and I mentioned my story. He wrote me a big ticket for improper use of HOV Lane, Crossing a double white, and also going 40+ MPH over the speed limit. I came in contact with Jag and explained my situation. Jag never doubted Me, nor did he judge Me. Jag went to all my court hearings and represented Me and made sure I didn't have to show up, which freed my time, schedule, etc. I had 3 hearings in total. In between time, followed up and made sure I was in the loop of everything and it brought confidence and assurance to my situation. Fast forward to the final verdict, my charge ended up being dismissed and the ticket was amended to expired tabs. No points on my record, and my insurance did not go up. We WON! Like it says, 4 Dui charges 0 Dui convictions. All represented by Jag. My last case I definitely thought I was going to jail and paying some very hefty consequences especially since I had 2 DUIs running at the same time. My last case I honestly have no idea how Jay got me out of it, even the judge sa...id he is amazed at how the agreement between him and the prosecutor resulted. As I was walking out of the court room after resolving my 4th DUI I heard someone say, how is this guy being able to just walk out of here. I just smiled and thought, we’ll my attorney is a badass!
