Jag sent me a letter after my dui charge providing his services. I had a blood draw that was .19 bac and was able to get my case dropped to reckless driving after about a year of court cases. Dudes a pro and would recomend to anyone who needs a strong defense.
It was my pleasure working with you. This was a difficult case with a .19 BAC as there was a prior DUI conviction with in 7 years which meant that my client was facing 45 days in jail, 90 days on home detention, $2500 in fines, 5 years ignition interlock requirements, 3 year license suspension and 5 years of probation. Case was resolved by way of an amendment to reckless droving with 16 hours of community service!
