Excellent Lawyer
Paul Was kind, compassionate and always on his game. He walked me every step of the way through my DUI deferred prosecution. Things could'nt gone any better!!!! This guy knows his stuff, I would recommend hi to anyone, anytime.
I was glad to see this DUI client's deferred prosecution go so well in court. They require a lot of paperwork and have strict court filing deadlines. Yet they are such a good deal for DUI clients who want help with their drinking / drug problems.. No jail, no license suspension, no big fines, no big auto insurance costs, and no criminal record,

Settled 2nd DUI with no jail time and license suspencion
He did settled my husband's 2nd DUI with no jail time and no lisence suspencion. I would reccomend him to everyone. He always answers his calls anytime of the day. I had really good experience working with him. Thank you again!
This was a tough DUI case since the court could not find a qualified interpreter for several of our court dates. But the client followed my advice, entered the recommended alcohol treatment and attended a DUI Victims Panel session. Doing those things, coupled with some big weaknesses in the Lynnwood police DUI case, made it possible to win the DOL license suspension case and get the court DUI charge reduced to Negligent Driving 1 with no jail time.

Paul Hanson is the Best!
Paul is an excellent lawyer. He says what he means and does what he says. He took what was a horrible situation and turned it into the best possible outcome. He is thorough, informed and understanding. I highly recommend his services.
This was a tough case. A DUI with a very high breath test result and an accident. Fortunately my client followed all my advice and did everything I advised her to do before our court date. I was then able to negotiate it down to Reckless Driving with no jail time.

This successful criminal case defense resulted in dismissal of both charges. It depended on tracking down potential defense witnesses whose testimony was crucial in establishing the client's innocence.
