I called Paul on Sunday and he answered the phone and we immediately set up the one hour free consulting meeting next day with my first ever DUI case. Definitely, he is a very knowledgeable and professional attorney. He has earned all of my trust on how to prepare the case. Immediately, I decided to ...have him as my attorney to help to defense my case. Truthfully and simply, I just followed up his instructions to prepare the materials and execute the necessary works for my case. Less than 3 months, my DUI case was reduced to Negligent Drive 1°. The attorney fee is also quite reasonable in my opinion. I couldn’t get all of these done without Paul’s expertise. He went above and beyond for my case. I very much appreciate this favorable client review. He did everything I asked of him to help me get the best possible case outcome. If he hadn't, it would have been a very tough fight. There was a one car accident causing extensive property damage to a house.

Paul turned my nightmares into smiles! I had been on warrant status for almost 4 years facing 60 days or more in jail and Paul got me the best deal I could have walked away with. 30 days house arrest and case closed after being open for 5 years. He also helped me complete treatment and get my license... back.

This recent client followed my advice very well and did everything I suggested she do before our court date. Including performing 80 hours of voluntary community service. All that made a very good impression on both the judge & the prosecutor at her sentence review hearing. Consequently, I was able to successfully argue for much more lenient punishment.

Wonderful lawyer

Paul Hanson was able to do what we thought could not be done! I was charged with a DUI but walked away with a Negligent Driving 2 traffic infraction without a hearing. This was a very difficult DUI case that involved involuntary intoxication. The client was very helpful and cooperative in providing me with all his medications and prescription records. Consequently I was able to create a very strong involuntary intoxication defense. That resulted in negotiating the DUI charge all the way down to a Negligent Driving 2 traffic ticket.
