Extremely Thorough and Knowledgable

Attorney Paul Hanson was referred to me by a good friend of mine after I had landed myself my first adult DUI after being on probation for a minor DUI that was a little over a year prior to this case. I feared that the worst was going to happen to me, until I had my initial consultation with Paul and... he made me feel instantly at ease and dedicated over 2 hours of his time to explain to me what my options were and carefully explained every little detail of each process as well as gathering as much information regarding my recent and past case. I went ahead and decided to go in the route of a Deferred Prosecution and with the help of Paul, he made the process as smooth as it possibly go by walking me through each step to get me to where I needed to be in order to get me the best deal possible. On my final court date, the judge granted me my Deferred Prosecution with a smile and without any hesitation! I can't thank Paul enough for all of his hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend him, hands down.

Knowledgable and Caring

I was flying blind when looking for an attorney. I went on Yelp and choose the first one with good reviews. He ended up not returning my calls after our initial talk so I moved on. I called Paul Hanson two weeks before my second court date desperate for help. He listened to me and then scheduled me ...for my free consultation. At my free appointment he did not make me feel rushed or pressured to choose him to represent me. He told me what he thought my outcome would be and what he would do if he would do for me and all of his contingencie plans. I had been feeling so anxious prior to this meeting and after I got my first full nights rest! Mr. Hanson made sure to give me plenty of warning as to when I needed to supply documents to him and he reminded me of court dates. He walked me through ever court proceeding and paper I signed. In the end I had a highly favorable outcome on my misdemeanor charge. I received a suspended sentence for one year. (Mr. Hanson said the case had a high likelyhood of being dismissed if the proper paperwork had been filed by the other party.) I would absolutely recommend Attorney Paul Hanson to anyone who is facing a legal obstacle. He knows his stuff and will walk with you through it all explaining it as many times as you need. He will fight for you.

DIU Case Lynnwood

In my case, this was the first time I'd ever been charged with a DUI. And it will certainly be the last. I was left high and dry by the attorney I'd originally hired and was left scrambling. I contacted Mr. Hanson the Friday before my next court date and he was able to help. Throughout this very ...unpleasant process he was incredibly helpful and on top of the whole case against me. I was able to complete some things he recommeded which helped my outcome. Though you will never come out of these things unscathed, he was instrumental in the reduction of the charges. Anyone looking for a good, TRUSTWORTHY attorney, I highly suggest you contact Mr. Hason right away.

Follow his advice

Whatever he tells you will help your case, do it. Don't put it off, make it your priority. Meet with someone? Do it. Start going to support groups? It's in your best interest. Eat Victoria sponge cake? Trust him, he's telling you for a reason that will help your case. I did exactly as he suggeste...d and everything turned out fantastic. Better than I could have reasonably hoped for.
