DUI lawyer

Deferred prosecution

I would highly recommended Paul Hanson, I hope to not work with him again! But if anything ever happened, I would most definitely call him! He is very easy to work with and so welcoming.

So glad this DUI case settled with a Deferred Prosecution. Now there will no jail time, no license suspension, no criminal record and no SR 22 auto insurance reqmt for 3 years.

Best lawyer ever!!!

It was one of my best decisions in my whole life to hire Mr. Hanson as my lawyer! My problem was not so simple, cause my whole future depended from the judge’s decision, and Mr. Hanson helped me a lot! Much more than a lot! He helped me to avoid the criminal record and I kept my visa. If you get into... trouble, you have to call Mr. Hanson!

I really try extra hard when I have non US citizen clients. Even a very minor criminal conviction or charge hurts them much more. It can get their Visa cancelled or even deported.
