Excellent Attorney
I have worked with hundreds of attorneys all over the nation. Robert is one of the most detailed consumer orientated attorneys nationwide. He is always very respectful of his clients and If I needed an attorney he would be one of the first ones I would hire.

Unprofessional and Rude
First two interactions with Kirk Roberts, he was rude and unprofessional . He made easy some easy money of me, and didn’t add any value. Later, he got really nasty and dropped another case.
It is difficult to know if this from someone I represented or from an opposing party, as the "rating" is made with out any context or attribution as to who posted this. If I take a case on I do not drop clients without notice or for a valid reason. If this is from a unhappy opposing party who lost his case to my deserving client, I am sorry you feel a need to misuse this rating service. If it is from a actual former clent I hope you can call me to discuss what your grievances are in a positive conversation.

Solid Attorney and good to work with!
Kirk is a solid attorney and did a nice job at handling my case. He is knowledgable, practical and has a good depth of experience. Very responsive with communication and willing to listen and understand your position. We worked as a team and had a favorable case result.

Greedy Lawyer
In 30 min payed consultation of what is considered an easy name change issue, Kirk spent 5 min listening and asking condescending questions.
