This review is for an accident I had back in 2014, but definitely bears writing about, now, in 2020. I had a large SUV pull out in front of me, taking a left-hand turn onto the main thoroughfare, on which, I was travelling at 35 mph, the posted speed limit and could not brake and stop in time before ...colliding into them, in my small sedan. I went to the hospital, as I was 20 weeks pregnant, as per my midwife’s suggestion, and fortunately, had a blood technician that gave me Marc’s name and recommendation. I had an in-person meeting with him and signed the paperwork and got the PIP care required for the neck pain I suffered from the whiplash. The insurance company on their end low-balled us an offer and they (Marc and Karen, his excellent paralegal) wouldn’t stand for it, so they helped negotiate a much higher offer and we succeeded! I really loved working with Karen. She was a dream; very communicative, kind, caring and tough, when need be. The settlement was enough that our budding little family could become first-time home-owners and it was well worth using their services to fight the good fight and pull through in the end. I was hit by a driver who ran a red light in Salem, Oregon while I was pregnant and with my 2 year old son in the car, which was completely totaled. I had to wait 7 months to get an MRI (because of the pregnancy) and found out I had a torn disc and joint damage in my lower back. The pain was almost c...onstant from 2 weeks after the accident, and even after the birth of my second little boy.
