Haitham Edward Ballout

We are so grateful for his help and extreme knowledge and honest guidance in the most crucial time in our lifes. He gives us great confidence throughout the process. With him everything was faster and easier than we expected. He is the best!!!!

"As good as cash in the bank."

I have known Haitham for over 10 years, and he has consistently delivered. Haitham is extremely professional and diligent. It is a pleasure working with him and his team. I highly recommend Haitham for immigration services. In selecting an attorney, a client typically has to ponder on two items:... 1) Are the fees reasonable, and 2) Will the attorney successfully achieve the desired outcome? In Haitham’s case, the client only has to worry about scheduling the celebration of the desired outcome.

Excellent Service

My family & I were more than happy with his services, we used his services in 2 different occassions & in both he went above & beyond to get us what we need it. I would say that aside from a great lawyer, he is an excellent person.

A Dream Come True

After being in Immigration Court for eight years, fighting deportation order against me and pursue in getting my green card. I have hired three different lawyers who claim that they are the best in the business. They charged me alot of money, and got me know where. I met with at least ten lawyers (if... not more) for counseling and they all had no answer for me. My co-workers recommended the law office of Haitham Ballout. At the beginning I was very hesitant to spend more of my hard earned money to receive the same negative response. But I decided to give it one more chance. I flew from Los Angeles to San Francisco to speak with Mr. Ballout. He showed alot of confidence and knowledge in regards to my situation. I hired him and it was the best decision I ever made. Mr. Ballout reversed the deportation order against me and right now I am in the process of getting my own green card. This experience has given me and my family a peace of mind. I highly recommend Mr. Ballout for those who are in need of resolving immigration issues. Mr. Ballout and his staff were all very helpful and respectful to answer all of my questions even if I asked the same questions a number of times. They were extremely patient and kind.

An Extraordinary Attorney

An excellent Immigration Attorney, he handled my Permanent Residency application, he made the process very easy and kept me informed of the status of my application throughout the process. My case was a difficult case, but he handled it very successfully. I have to say, he was more like a friend than... a lawyer. I would highly recommend him !
