He is God's give gift

i havent meet mr ballout yet, but as i read the reviews and his website it gives me a feeling that mr ballout is the best lawyer for immigration needs. after 2 weeks of websearching and putting alot of consideration as i was directed by God in this website..I have a complicated issues with immigratio...n and just couldnt sleep with this, but after reading this , it gives me peace of mind that this is the way i have to go, a journey with mr ballout til my immigration issues will be ok...Godbless you. and i highly recommend this lawyer to everyone.. ill gonna see him for this first time this week. so Godspeed.

wonderful experience

The process of attaining a green card is known to be difficult and frustrating, but with Haitham's help it was a pleasure. I would recommend him highly to anyone in my position. Within about 2 months, from start to finish, my swedish wife had her green card in hand. It really pays to have someone ...who knows how to navigate the system.

Green Card in 2 months

I had a student visa for about 8 years, and after I was done with my studies I wanted to become a permanent resident. I had spoken with several attorneys before I met Mr. Ballout and decided to retain him. He is knowledgeable, experienced, straightforward and very friendly. I was prepared for the pro...cess to take about 6 months, but from filing to green card in hand it only took 2 months. I was impressed with Mr. Ballout, his staff and their professionalism.

N-400 Naturalization Experience with the experienced and affordable lawyer

Everyone knows that the naturalization process is the final step on the way of becoming a United States Citizen. And while it may seem that it is a simple process, often it is not. It requires good expertise, knowledge, and experience. Mr. Ballout has it all what it takes to help you with immigration... process. He is honest and straightforward, and his fees are very reasonable, comparing to other lawyers with 20+ years of experience in immigration field. I have met and spoke to several other lawyers, but wasnt sure who to work with until I met Mr. Ballout and his staff. Starting from the first meeting he gave me confidence about his knowledge/experience of immigration laws, and pointed out important things about the naturalization process. He is very respectful and friendly, and always stays on the top of everything. Mr. Ballout and his assistance Jennie are always in contact with you to keep you updated on your case, and always there when you have a question or concern. i601 waiver application approval

I live in Walnut Creek and I was referred to Mr. Ballout from a friend to help me with my wife's i601 waiver application. I made an appointment, drove to Burlingame, and hired him immediately after meeting with him for just 15 minutes. Not only was the initial consultation very relaxed and honest but... the options that he offered were better than ones I heard from other attorneys. I was correct with my intuition. His firm got the 601 approved in less than 2 months. They are straight down the line, don't make promises they can't deliver on, and don't compromise on their standards when it comes to applications. Also, Mr Ballout will tell you upfront whether or not he can do your case unlike many other attorneys. I would thoroughly recommend his law office.
