Best, awesome and caring lawyer

I hired Haitham Ballout two years ago. I had serious felony criminal charges before the 5 year period to become Us citizen. It wasn’t really my fault but I was responsible for my decisions so I was so afraid of not being able to stay in the US. But Haitham helped me by removing the condition of my gr...een card and every step and advises he gave me, I listened to him and it really worked out perfectly at the end. Haitham is very intelligent and also very professional and perfect at his job. Now I’m going to get my citizenship and I appreciate him so much. If you hire Haitham Ballout I can assure you this would be the best decision you are about to make

Forever grateful for bringing my Dad home!

So grateful for his hard work and knowledge. His persistence, thorough and professional manner helped my father obtain his residency. He was able to bring my dad come home. We were able to avoid an I-601 demand by U.S. consulate in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, by explaining to Consulate his background. I ...definitely recommend him!

Very Experienced and Knowledgeable

I visited Attorney Haitham Ballout today and was impressed at how he critically reviewed my situation and gave really good advice, as to my next line of action in my case. Best Lawyer you will ever Meet!

I am writing a review in order to help others that have probably been through same experiences as my husband and I have been through. My husband and I started by hiring about 6 different lawyers for my husbands immigration case with no success. My hudband and I were giving up hope in Sabta Rosa,CA ar...ea. Friends and family kept recommending several lawyers we would go to them and then get turned away saying they couldn't help us in that our case was too difficult. Mister ball out did the opposite he actually heard what we have to say and actually paid attention to everything and detailed. Mr Balllout actually wanted to hear more and asked several questions about our case, and that is how it actually all started. We never imagined that he would build such a strong case with all the proof that we provided him, and help us after so many years of waiting with no response. We originally filed in 2009 and my husband was informed that he has a permanent bar for 10 years if we continued he would get deported. In conclusion I would like to express my gratitude for Mr Ballout in helping our family stay together in the US.
