citizen

very easy to talk to, even though my case was embarrasing to talk he make me feel really comfortable, and very understanding . before going to see him i have had consultations with others lawyers and i was apprehensive to talk to them and they seen that they were in a hurry . until i met with Mr:Ball...out and his secretary Jenny very nice lady.

GREAT LAWYER

My wife and I were in a situation that seem to have no way out, thank God that Mr. Haitham Ballout was able to help us. My wife received a deportation notice, honestly I was scared of losing my wife. We tried everything, Mr Haitham Ballout was able to provide everything necessary in order for us to h...ave victory. After a long, hard fought battle we received a letter from immigration that simply stated that my wife had been granted residency. As I stood there, holding that letter, words could not spew out and time had stopped all at once. "Land of opportunity" indeed. I am forever grateful to the work and expertise that Mr. Ballout displayed throughout this grueling process. I am truly in awe and can honestly say that for us being satisfied with Mr. ballout's work would be an understatement.

Petition for a L-1A visa.

I met Mr.Ballout through his web page. He was the third lawyer I had met here in the United States to apply for a Visa to reside and work in the United Sates for a foreign company that was being established to roast, process and distribute coffee in the State of California.Bendig-Moran Roasting, LLC....When I met Mr. Ballout I was impressed by his knowledge on the subject and professionalism and I decided to hire his legal services to make a petition for a L-1A visa. The petition was approved in a record time of 6 weeks and I can only say that Mr.Ballout contributed greatly to this success. I highly recommend Mr. Ballout law firm for this kind of legal work.

A Lawyer Who cares

Mr. Haitham is a highly knowledgeable and experienced Lawyer. He helped me successfully with my immigration issue. From the very beginning he showed great confidence in my case, first he listened very carefully about my story, and then he clearly outlined the key points and provided me valuable input...s on my to-do list. He tackled down all the details in preparation of my interview, so my interview turned out to be a smooth and painless process; I got what I need two weeks after the interview. I would highly recommend him simply because he really CARES about his clients!
