Very kind, honest, dedicated and intelligent Attorney.

I got the priviledge to work with Atty . Ballout in my very complicated cases. Atty. Ballout is easy to contact and will give you honest advice. He will review everything with you before submitting the papers. I felt secured because of him. He's my lawyer from my first marriage,divorce,second mar...riage up to my naturalization and in between those times , I did some not good things as well but he didn't give up. Atty. Ballout and his team are very professional, efficient, will always make sure you know the plan and will always remind you everything you need. I highly recommend Atty. Ballout and his team. Amazing experience

Best Lawyer

After doing some research and recommended by my sister i decided to have a consultation with Haitham Edward Ballot. Best decision i have ever done, he is the best Lawyer. Before coming to him i use to be with a different lawyer which was helping me with my Visa U, didn't really help me that much and ...i was always dealing with them and trying to contact them about my case. I was a little hesitant about switching to a new lawyer but i need to bring my case back to immigration, after having the consultation with Mr. Ballot i was so relieve and he told me step by step what he was going to do with my case, he gave me the confident back and the hope that soon i will be able to get my Green Card. Him and his team alway where contacting me if i needed any extra documents. After meeting all the requirements and paying all the fees in a couple of months i got my Green card on July. I am so thankful and Grateful with Mr. Ballot and his team for making this happen, i totally recommend him to whoever is dealing with immigration issues, you are not going to regret it.

Review of services provided by Haitham Ballout

I visited Haitham to learn more about obtaining citizenship, after having lived in the US for many years with a Green Card. Haitham was very specific about why i should become a citizen for a number of reasons, including a number of legal reasons. He and his staff guided me in the application process... and kept me up to date on progress. As a result, i will become a citizen in a few weeks after a waiting period of less than a year. i will not hesitate to recommend Haitham's firm to friends and relatives seeking immigration advice and guidance.

Excelled all expectations!

My wife and I had Mr. Ballout handle our same sex marriage petition. From the very beginning of the process, Haitham made us feel comfortable and assured that everything would go smoothly with his and his staff’s guidance. His staff are great, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable which convinc...ed us Haitham would be the one to handle our immigration petition case. I believe from the first time we met with him to now (my wife received her green card!!! yay!) the process took only a year or less. We had many questions and everything was handled professionally and they reply to you in a timely manner. I am very impressed with Haitham and we will forever be grateful to him.
