an excellent choice

I was recently represented by Attorney John D. Underwood and I felt comfortable and at ease knowing that I was in good hands. When I had occasion to contact his office, his staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a relief that my case was handled in such a way that I did not have to personall...y appear in court. DUI, Traveling for work, DISMISSED, nothing on my license

John and his firm have done nothing less than stellar for my DUI. This case started 5 years from the time of writing and John wasn't even my original lawyer but due to the unfortunate circumstances with my prior lawyer I reached out to Underwood law firm and explained my very special case. John... wanted to originally take my case for free because of the extenuating circumstances but I told him I couldn't allow that. He instead came up with a payment plan so that way i could still pay him for his time. With me being across the country and traveling constantly for work my case became very lengthy and John has not skipped a beat, he's been very attentive, understanding, kept me informed throughout the entire process and most of all didn't stop fighting till he got the results he wanted. John was able to get my case dismissed with conditions that are exactly what i was looking for. Through this lengthy process there were times we both had huge doubts but I could not say thank you enough for everything the Underwood Law firm has been able to do for me. So if you are military, prior military, unable to be there in person due to work The Underwood law firm is a firm you could put your trust in that they will do right by you. So do not hesitate to call them and know your money will not go to waste and that you will get the best outcome for your case.

Criminal Defense Attorney Underwood Bakersfield Ca.

Mr.Underwood is an excellent choice for representation, he's taken care of two separate matters for me with positive honest results.... one matter he was able to get the minimum plea which was the best we could ask for! All while keeping me informed and up to date with clear communication and couns...el. The second matter he was able to completely have the charges dismissed and thrown out... Hopefully in the future I hope I never need a attorney again but if so he will definitely be my 1st call on any matter.
