I was unexpectedly served with an ex parte Domestic Violence Restraining Order and a dissolution of marriage filing. I strongly denied the allegations of domestic violence, and at the time my spouse was requesting 100% custody of our two children with no visitation for me. It was one of the most diff...icult and stressful periods of my life. Navid Moshtael helped guide me through the entire process. My spouse was extremely difficult throughout the case, which made an already complicated situation even more challenging. Despite that, Navid was able to navigate the conflict, stay focused on the bigger picture, and continue moving the case toward the outcome we had discussed from the beginning.
