Highly recommend

If you are looking for an great attorney that knows what they are doing look no further. Bill and his staff are very knowledgeable, they respond quickly they kept me up to date through out the entire divorce process. Bill's advice on everything was spot on. I would refer him over and over, it was one... of the best decisions I could have ever made.

Fantastic advice and service

I am truly happy I found Attorney Bratton in my time of need

After meeting with several highly recommended attorneys I finally spoke with Bill Bratton and knew after only 10 minutes he was the Attorney I needed to represent me and get me the best deal possible regarding alimony, child support and custody agreement for my sons. My dad always told me there are... some things in life you don’t go cheap on and these included shoes, plumbers, electricians, and divorce attorneys. The old saying you get what you pay for is so true. If you are facing a divorce you need the best money can buy to get the outcome you deserve. Attorney Bratton knows the law and he fought for me to get a payment I could live with and 50/50 joint legal and joint physical custody with my 2 sons. It’s the outcome I wanted but wasn’t sure I would ever get. Bill Bratton made it come true and has helped me since in changing the agreement several yrs later due to a change in living arrangements. Bill has always listened to my wants and will then let you know what reality is and how the court will probably view it. He is a straight shooter and gets right to the point. One of the many reasons I respect him and his opinion. He will always tell you how it is. It was a very stressful time for me and her attorney was pulling some shenanigans but he got me through it and I’m forever grateful. If this is your situation right now I’d say sit down with Bill Bratton and you’ll see why I happily picked him and many others have also to get a fair and equitable resolution to your situation. I have gone thru this once and never will do it again but I’m so glad I chose Bill Bratton to lead me thru this legal journey. Great Service for a Difficult Time…

Going in for a consultation with William Bratton was the best step I took at a very difficult time in my life. Getting a lawyer is expensive and stressful and for a divorce it is awful. However, William Bratton was kind and understanding as well as honest and up front about what had to be done for th...e best outcome for me and my kids. His expertise and clear communication helped me see that the complications of child custody, support, and finances would be dealt with efficiently, professionally, and with as minimal stress and drama as possible. My outcome was as good as it could be and I am glad I trusted William Bratton.

Alimony adjustment.

Excellent Attorney!! I hired with Mr. Bratton in March of 2020 after a consultation. Do to COVID and it's effects on the court system, we finally went to trial almost a year later. The matter before the court was a reduction in long term alimony due to changes in circumstance with both my Ex & myself.... Bill completely came thru in my trail getting my alimony reduced to ZERO and this is after 19 yrs of marriage!!! It was obvious to me that Mr. Bratton did excellent trail prep, sifting thru countless pages of banking documents & other info. Mr. Bratton is not a cheap attorney, but in this case, "You get what you pay for!" Excellent service from an honest man who tells you the truth, rather it benefits him or not. Without getting into details; Mr. Bratton saved me almost $10K instantly & $100's of thousands of dollars over what was to be "Alimony for Life." I truly could not more highly recommend Bill Bratton.
