Fantastic Five Stars for Attorney Bill Bratton!

Bill Bratton is excellent and knowledgeable attorney in family law. I would absolutely recommend hiring him to anyone in need of a family law attorney. My ex-wife and I could not agree on a fair time share (I wanted 50/50% and the mom wanted 100%) for our daughter, nor pick a dentist or doctor, we ...could not agree on a drop off location, and my daughter was withheld 14 times on my parenting time. Bill Bratton negotiated a 50/50% time share, was able to get us a good process to choose a doctor and dentist for our daughter, drop off location a is solved, and the mom is no longer withholding our daughter from me on my parenting time. Bill Bratton was able to negotiate all this without a judge deciding what the outcome would be. I believe this all was in the best interest of our daughter. If you are looking for a family law attorney please hire Bill Bratton and you will not regret doing so. He was able to get exactly what I wanted for our daughter. Thank you Bill for being my attorney!

Review of William Bratton, Esq

I retained Mr Bratton just under 5 years ago to assist with my dissolution. It took longer than usual, due to unusual circumstances on my behalf, not his; but he was most patient with me providing great advice and answering my many questions regarding my retirement (STRS) and how best to assure my l...iving arrangements post-divorce. I found Mr Bratton and his staff to be professional, responsive, and they helped me feel comfortable discussing sensitive matters. I would recommend his office for dissolution services.

Great family lawyer, definitely worthwhile

We hired Bill years ago for a custody dispute with the intention of moving out of state. He was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable, walking us through every step and why things were done as they were done. Although the other parties lawyer tried to play dirty, Bill absolutely demolished their cla...ims in front of the judge and helped us to win with everything we'd asked for. A few years later we had some questions and sent an email to Bill. He was on vacation, so we set an appointment for a few minutes of his time when he returned. When we called he was as helpful as I remember and provided us with a ton of advice. We even went over the time allotted by a decent amount and it wasn't an issue or added cost for the extra time out of his day. All in all, I'm absolutely happy with everything Bill and his staff helped us to do. We've been able to live happily in Oregon for the last 5 years thanks to everything he helped us through. Worth every penny. You can't go wrong by having him on your side of the table.

The Best Decision I Made During The Arguably Worst Period Of My Life...

When it became clear I was going to need a divorce attorney, like most I asked around for recommendations. Bill came highly recommended and has not disappointed me once. At the initial consultation he listened and was very clear on what to expect. Bill came across as knowledgeable, honest and most im...portantly reliable. My initial overwhelmingly positive impression of both he and his staff has never faltered. During the course of my divorce I would often get calls or emails on the weekends or after hours from Bill or a member of his team. My divorce has ran longer then most and I have consistently received the highest quality representation from an attorney and staff who I believe genuinely care. I also think it is important to add that my preconceived notions of how a divorce works and the reality of the situation were very very far apart. Bill took the time to explain to me on several occasions the reality of the situation...I would argue with him..he would quote case law and give me examples very patiently and set me straight. I recently joked with a friend of mine I have a love/hate relationship with Bill Bratton. I honestly believe that my divorce could have been an unmitigated disaster given its contentious nature. Hiring Bill is the best decision I made during the arguably worst period of my life. I do hate that he has been right about everything...lol, his advice and guidance has been on point from day one. I have also taken the time to watch Bill work. When we have been in court I made it a point to watch him interact with other attorneys and even in court twice representing other clients. He demonstrates his vast experience with ease and clearly still has a passion for what he does. Bill is a master at his craft. I will close as I started...Bill Bratton is the best decision I made during the arguably worst period of my life.

Bill Bratton handled my divorce/custody case. I was completely stressed out before my consultation wondering how I was supposed to support my kids in my situation. Bill put my mind at ease and explained how the process would go. I still had plenty of worry throughout the process, but his knowledge an...d professionalism continued to put my mind at ease. I continue to go to Bill for legal advice because he is honest and trustworthy. Divorce can be quite costly, but you get what you pay for. Bill Bratton is worth every penny and you won’t regret choosing him as your lawyer.
