William Bratton: A Wise Choice

It is with tremendous pleasure and without hesitation that I recommend William Bratton. After working with two prior family law attorneys, both of whom were an enormous disappointment to me, I was introduced to Mr. Bratton. My particular family law matter was complicated in many ways. When I met M...r. Bratton, I was despondent and exhausted by the years spent with incompetent legal representation and the labyrinth otherwise known as "Family Law Court." During our initial consultation, I immediately sensed that this man is very confidant in what he does, but in a humble sort of way. I did not feel rushed, and even more importantly, I left that first meeting knowing without reservation that this gentleman would work hard to represent me, while easing the enormous legal stress that going through a divorce entails. He did an outstanding job of consistently returning my phone calls and emails. He was never punitive in his delivery or explanation being that my background is not in law. His reasoning and approach to my case was explained to me in such a manner that I always felt that I was an integral part of the decision making process. Because I had confidence in him, I trusted his judgement which resulted in a very equitable outcome for me and my children. In addition, his office staff were very kind and responsive as well which also helped to ease the negative stressors of divorce. If you are in the initial stage of researching a family law attorney to represent you, or if you are frustrated with the results you are currently getting from your lawyer, I highly encourage you to consider William Bratton.

Fights for clients

Mr. Bratton is very aggresive but in a professional manner. His service and knowledge of family law is impeccable. He is well know and respected by judges and the court's personel. This is very iimportant when wanting to win your case. He will fight for what is fair and for your needs. I am unabl...e to work and I had no fight left in me after already fighting for a year with my exhusband. My exhusband wanted to pay next to nothing for spousal support knowing that I was unable to work. Mr. Bratton made sure that I got the support I needed to enable me to get back on my feet again. Mr. Bratton step right in and didn't allow me to give up. I am so grateful for all his help and strenght during this very difficult time. I highly reccommend Mr. Bratton and encourage anyone who is needing a divorce lawyer to go straight to him and not to look any further. Mr. Brattons fees are very competitive and well worth the cost.

MR William Bratton - An Honest and very capable attorney

Although my case originated 15 years ago the process has been ongoing. Mr. Bratton was and still is an honest man and a excellent litigator. I was and still am impressed by his concern for the welfare of the children in my case, often reminding me of what was most important He kept me on track ...by weeding out the excess retribution I was looking for at times and tried to strike a balance for me to strive for. He was always prepared and litigated well against a very prominent and not so honest , in my opinion , attorney for the opposing party. IF you are looking for an honest attorney who is looking for a sense of fairness while looking out for your best interest I highly recommend Mr Bratton to you .

#1 Attorney

William Bratton has been my divorce attorney since 2005. He has done an outstanding job. I highly recommended him. I have used him for my divorce. Then again for full custody. I am now using him for child support to be turned into alimony.

The BEST Attorney

When one of the most joyous days of your life comes and you say, “To love and to cherish from this day forward until death do us part”, you never picture having to prepare yourself and your kids to have to deal with the emotional and financial stress of a messy divorce that can turn into your biggest... nightmare. In the years to come, you might not realize that there are certain things that you should have or should not have done before finalizing your divorce that could come back to haunt you however Mr. Bratton and his team, work around the clock and go above and beyond to make sure he does what’s best for his clients interests given that he looks at each of his clients as an individual who is a mother/wife or father/husband not as a dollar sign like other attorneys. Mr. Bratton was actually referred to me through my first attorney given that things had gotten so out of hand and challenging with my divorce case. I have already referred Mr. Bratton to my friends, and I will continue to refer him to anyone who needs a dedicated, smart, well informed, experienced, strong communicator who is also a level headed attorney who has a good rapport with his clients, and is available all the time including his vacations.
