A respectful and careful listener

Mr Bratton handled my recent case. He listened very carefully to what I wanted, explained the pros and cons and other possible options, and the implications of each area to be decided. In a divorce, many compromises have to be made by both sides to end up with an equitable and sustainable outcome, an...d he did not push me to get the most possible via a court case, with recriminations, bitterness, and impossible co-parenting as the end result. I highly recommend him to handle your divorce if it is complicated and children are involved. From his years of experience he knows how to anticipate and work through all the obstacles that come up and will help you reach an outcome you understand and can move on with.

Finally Divorced and Happy!

Mr. Bratton was very helpful, suggestive and always responsive! My Ex tried to burry his head in the sand and Mr. Bratton was very persuasive. My case went to trial for a day and Mr. Bratton scared him into signing! I would recommend him any day of the week.

Brilliant, Honest, Strait Forward Attorney

Straight Shooter - Tells it like it is

Bill handled my case and was completely honest about what to expect. No sugar coating - straight talk. I have seen lawyers that seem to continue the conflict so they can increase billable hours - NOT Bill. He worked at every turn to look at the best scenario to bring the case to resolve with the l...east court time and conflict. This does not mean he was a pushover by any means!! He fought aggressively and knew the law. He was prepared to take the issues to trial – which put tremendous pressure on the opposition to settle the case.
