Josh was great. I went to him because I was charged with a DUI accident with injury and I had a prior DUI. He did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and he made sure that I was aware and prepared for every possible scenario. He was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. He allowe...d me to go back to my life, while he worried about the DUI. He was never judgmental and always made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Besides dealing with the court and the DMV, he talked with the insurance company and he had good and inexpensive options for classes, the Interlock and the SR-22 for me to look at so I didn't have to shop around if I didn't want to. He got a great result, a misdemeanor 1st offense. I also had a slightly non-traditional support system. In March 2015 I was charged with a DUI after blowing a .10 BAC. A close friend recommended me to Joshua Price after having gone through the ordeal of fighting his own case. Feeling very comfortable at that point, I retained Josh and he immediately got started by contacting the DMV to schedule the license suspension appeal and get a stay on my license so I could continue driving as we fought the suspension. After returning paperwork about the details around my arrest, Josh handled the case from there, updating me on progress after each meeting with the prosecuting attorney and after each hearing with the DMV regarding license suspension. He made sure I knew what occurred, understood what my options were going forward in both, and helped me understand any consequences of all scenarios. My case was ultimately resolved after a few months with a reduced charge to a wet/reckless charge, six weeks of educational classes (as opposed to 3 months), and reduced fines.
