About a year ago I made the dumb choice of getting behind the wheel after a night at the bar. I was moving my car down the street because I was in a metered spot and didn’t want to get a parking ticket (ironic I know). CHP wrote me up for a felony DUI for a .04% BAC level, and I instantly started researching attorneys.
