Thank you Josh from the bottom of my heart!!

I received my 2nd DUI in November. I was facing a 2nd DUI, violation of probation and child endangerment. I looked for so many lawyers and I was fortunate to choose Joshua Price. He is PRICELESS!! One thing I would like to say about him is that he was there in every step I needed him. I was a nervo...us wreck and I was emotional all the time, but he was very helpful and explained to me everything in details so I could understand everything. He would have all the scenarios there for me and he would walk me through each one. His legal assistant Amanda is wonderful, too. No matter how trivial my questions are, they would be there and I would count on them to help me in every way. My brother was also calling Price's office and he was also receiving his calls and answering all our concerns. He is very clear and direct. He would never sugar coat anything, and in his own words, "we will always be hoping for the best and preparing for the worst." In my case, I think I got an excellent deal. My arraignment was elevated to a felony, and I was facing the possibility of being put to custody that day. Price was very informative and helped guide me to different ways I can prove to the judge that I am genuinely a good person and that I really regret what I have committed. When the judge saw how proactive I have been, he did not send me to jail, which for me was a really big relief. Mr. Price suggested we take the case a bit longer and decided not to speed up the process so the court will see how much improvement I was making. The judge in the first hearing gave us a good deal and two months after that when the final hearing approached and with all the preparation Joshua had done, we were able to get out with a misdemeanor!! No jail time, no formal probation, no court ordered IID ! I was so relieved and happy. I didn't win my DMV hearing, but the odds were stacked against me and I have no doubt that Joshua gave it a 110% effort, but that's okay. I really encourage anyone in any legal position that is struggling to find a lawyer to not think twice when you come across Mr. Price. He is worth every penny and he gives his heart and soul to his clients. He is there when I needed him and his office responds to any of my questions in a timely manner. He is informative and patient and very knowledgeable. I am the kind of person that is hard to please and is very demanding, but I knew I was in good hand with Mr. Price's office...Thank you Joshua from the bottom of my heart!! I owe you big time!! No matter how much I write in this review, I don't think it does him justice. He was simply just GREAT!

Mr. Price is the real deal

With my case, things weren't looking too bright. A second DUI + probation violation of my first one, I knew I needed to get serious firepower on my side. When I first consulted with Josh, he didn't try to sugar coat, saying that we would probably go all the way to trial, which we eventually did. ...But along the way, he did everything to the greatest of his ability to give me a fighting chance. Starting with the DMV hearing, we were not able to win that one, but reading through the results that were mailed to me, it looked like everything was already stacked against me, but I feel confident that Josh tried his best. Moving on to the criminal/court side of things, things looked pretty bleak, due to a .13 roadside PAS and a .11 breath test at the station. After an initial hearing with a motion to dismiss the PAS due to improper procedures by the officer, the odds were slightly better in our favor, with only having the .11 breath test and the officer's police report to worry about. Fast-forward a few months to the week of the trial, and I was pretty nervous. The prosecution did offer a weak plea bargain, which removed the public work service of the second offender sentence, that I had almost considered due to the fear of trial and the unknowns of what would happen. But looking back on all the effort and man-hours that Josh had put into my case, I changed my mind and decided to not accept it, and head to trial. This was where I finally got to see where all the work that Josh had put in to my case. During the trial, the way the district attorney was examining both the officer and his expert witness, I figured there was no way the jury would be able to see pass this. But Josh's cross examination was amazing, and brought up points that I would not even have thought to look into. And the expert witness that he had brought on was very intelligent as well, and it was interesting to note that in a previous life, he was working 'for the other team' so to speak, so he could have been a witness that was not working in my favor. After a week of trial, my life was in the hands of the jury. A whole day of deliberation occurred, and the results were that they said I was not guilty of the A count, and were hung on the B count. Mission complete, or so we thought, with the judge not dismissing my case, and allowing the DA to retry the case, with only the B count this time. A first for Josh's firm apparently. He had tried a motion to dismiss the case but the judge denied it. For this second trial, the officer had cleaned up his testimony of any holes from the first trial, but Josh was expecting this and was ready. In fact, his defense was very different from the first one, bringing to mind the quote, "Adapt or die." After all was said and done, the jury was hung again for the B count. This time, the judge hinted that the DA should offer a dry plea bargain, and gave them the weekend to think about it. Come Monday, they stated the lowest they would be willing to offer was a wet reckless. Josh responded by motioning to dismiss and even had a five page briefing of why and this time the judge had granted it almost immediately. Once I heard that, I was in a state of disbelief. This whole ordeal was finally over. Even now, it's still a little weird for me to wake up and not have to think about the next trial or mentally prepare for a guilty verdict. Through this 1 and a half year process (there were several delays along the way), I learned more than I ever wanted about law and DUI cases in general. Josh was well worth the "price", I have no qualms about retaining him for both trials, and would recommend him to any of my friends who may come across a similar situation as myself.

Thank you so much!!!

During winter of 2016 I was charged with a DUI and was facing a one year hard suspension on my license since I was under 21. I called around and nobody seemed to be as good as Joshua Price. Choosing him to defend me in court was the best decision I ever made! He walked me through everything step by s...tep and helped me understand my options. I decided my best option was to plead guilty to a non-DUI offense but Joshua still pressed forward and was able to get the prosecutor to drop the case completely! I was so grateful for his persistence and appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond for me. He gave me back my life and for that I am forever grateful! Thank you, Joshua!

My 2nd DUI experience

I was accused of a 2nd offense DUI, a violation of probation; with a .16 BAC. And Josh Price was able to get the DUI case in Court completely dismissed, after he was able to win a motion to suppress evidence! The Judge agreed with Josh that my fourth Amendment rights were violated by an unlawful traf...fic stop. After fighting the DMV for almost a year, where it was a .01% or more BAC action because I was on DUI probation, the DMV finally suspended my license. But Josh did not give up and encouraged me to appeal the one year suspension and he was able to have that overturned and NO LICENSE SUSPENSION!!! From start to finish Josh was always available, and responded to my millions of questions, calls and emails! Josh guided and fought for me every step of the way! My 2nd DUI experience could of been the usual list of fines, penalties and classes... -But it wasn't!! Josh's knowledge and leadership helped me through it! I recommend Josh to anyone in need of a DUI lawyer!

Great Attorney

During this whole process, I had no idea what to expect and I always had a ton of questions. I was charged with a DUI and Hit and Run and had never been in trouble with the law before. When I hired Mr. Price and his team, they were very easy to get ahold of and willing to fight for me. Even when I me...t with Mr. Price, he was very professional and definitely seemed experienced or knew what he was talking about. He fought for months to try to get the Hit and Run dismissed, but the DA would not budge. He filed a motion to dismiss the Hit and Run, and I got the chance to appear at the hearing and watch him argue to the Judge why he should dismiss it. He was very convincing and well prepared the entire time. Despite the DA doing everything they could to get the Judge not to grant our motion, the Judge GRANTED OUR MOTION AND COMPLETELY DISMISSED THE HIT AND RUN CHARGES!! Although this process was costly, difficult, and dragged on, I appreciate all the work and time that Mr. Price put into my case and would definitely recommend him if you're facing DUI and other charges! Thank you again for everything!!
