Joshua Price and his team at the Defending Rights Law Center did an awesome job handling my DUI case. I selected Josh based on the reviews I found online and he definitely lived up to his reputation. Josh was able to get two counts of DWI/DUI reduced to a single Wet-and-Reckless AND he was able to ...get my case set-aside by the DMV. That’s right, no hint if this is on my driving record, no suspended/restricted license, no SR-22. On Hindsight, I am confident Josh could have won my case if I had chose to take it to trial, but I just didn’t have the ability to take a week off work for a trial. Speaking of time off from work, Josh Price handled everything and I only had to make 2-3 visits to his office for an hour or less. That is tremendous considering the 10 months he spent representing me and Defending my Rights. When I tell other people about what Josh was able to do for me they immediately regret not choosing Josh and ask for his contact info; you know, just in case. Having Josh’s business card in my back pocket gives me a feeling of security. In this day and age, having a Lawyer on your side like Josh is priceless.

First and foremost, I just wanted to state that Mr. price is a god send! I was probably in one of the most difficult times of my life when I got a DUI & he absolutely exceeded my expectations in the end. Long story short, I have a bit of a checkered past. I’ve been arrested more than once and literal...ly JUST got off probation prior to getting arrested for the DUI. I was driving from Oc to Sd when I all of a sudden lost control of my car and totaled it into a tree on the FREEWAY, yes a tree on the freeway...with FOUR breathalyzer tests exceeding over DOUBLE the legal limit. Not only was it super easy to get ahold of him 24/7 but it was the best amount of money I've spent in a long time. Mr. Price is definitely worth the price, lol. Mr. Price was honestly the best lawyer I could have asked for. He was very easy to get ahold of, knew what he was doing, and was willing to fight for me. I was charged with a DUI with a BAC level of .216 and .231 and Mr. Price was able to get one count of DUI dismissed! He was so amazing that I didn'...t have to do 10 days of Public Service Program (hard labor through the Sheriff's office), MADD class, and 1 year of the Ignition Interlock Device.
