I highly recommend Stacy Tolchin. She can handle the most difficult cases with patience, determination, knowledge and skill. She is highly responsive to communications and questions and makes sure you understand your case and what is in front of you. She handled our complicated case for several year...s and we wove our way through the INS system but we were successful, she was successful where other attorneys were not. Both me and my husband have filed our application with US immigration in 1996. Our case was supposely a very simple case but turn out to be very complicated due to the errors of our previous attorneys have made.
