Don’t waste your money! We waited; kept providing all the documents they were asking in the past few years; lost tracking with them because they think your priority date is not yet coming; no reminding; kept changing lawyers and paralegals three times without noticing; (only lawyer Ma and her Paraleg...al indeed helped us, but left their company) the biggest shot was that they prepared the I-485 forms with numerous mistakes, checked by our unprofessional eyes by the way. But Mr. Shusterman arrogantly ignored my request of refund, (paid $6000, only got the 1-140 approval notice), and said” do you want me to prepare your papers?” NO!! NO!! I am sure he is capable to do this simple work in minutes with accuracy, but he just doesn’t have the heart to do it. And once client’s faith and hope were broken by crappy works, you are always counted unreliable. Do not put yourself on this burning pan, they just want money but serving clients with respect, and professional works are not their desires, especially Mr. Shusterman, you don’t even need to spend one minute to smell his superiority, arrogance and rudeness while talking with him. Such an awful and shameful experience we had in the last few years with this law firm. But we were blessed to have another lawyer with opposites to help us out of this mud.
