The knowledge has been sound, but Im having to wait 2-3 weeks between each communication, typically I will prompt 3 to 4 times by both email and phone with no response. I've been dealing with Que, an employee of Carl and not Carl directly. It has possibly been the worst experience I have had from any... lawyer I have engaged with in terms of responsiveness and efficiency in responding and coming to resolution. My visa application has been going on 5 months now - I get promised that action will be taken in terms of being called to discuss matters, then nothing happens. It has been beyond frustrating and a gross waste of my time. Please reconsider if you really want the frustration of an unresponsive lawyer.

Just passed my Citizenship Interview. Atty. Lee did a very extensive and thorough prep prior to my interview and it was a BREEZE. It started with a great consultation, very key questions were asked when I met Mr. Carl Shusterman and Mr. Que Hirschi. I had a case that was pending for a year and was at the stage of RFE. I got convinced that I was in the right office. Our consultation was booked for 30 minutes but attorney Que ask...ed me feel comfortable and ask any questions I had and so the meeting continued easily over an hour.
