Losing time and money
Me and my wife contacted with Shusterman. We paid more than 400 dollars for 30 min consultation. And we decided to work with him and after he forwarded our case to his assistant Raj and he replied our first email and then he had never and never answered our emails or voice mails again.we found on goo...
Dear Mehmet, I would like to bring a few important items to your attention. 1. Attorney Raj Iyer is not my "assistant". He is an experienced and talented immigration attorney who specializes in E-2 investor visas. During the 5 years that he worked for the Law Offices of Carl Shusterman, he had a 100% approval rate for the dozens of E-2 visa applications which he prepared. 2. We charge $425 for an initial consultation. When a person retains our law firm after their consultation, we credit the entire amount toward the fees for their case, thereby making their consultation free. 3. Attorney Iyer left our law firm in April 2016. I find it odd that you would be writing this review 9 months later. Our law firm continues to obtain the E-2 visas for our investor clients on a regular basis. Despite your review, I am glad to hear that your E-2 visa was approved. Sincerely yours, Carl Shusterman
